Shipping & Payment
Your purchase is shipped Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) and sent the same day if your order is placed before 5pm (subject to stock availability). Small parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and large parcels through DPD Couriers with e-mail tracking. We aim to ship for next working day delivery, however Saturday deliveries are not available at this time for large packages sent through DPD Couriers. Free shipping is available for orders over £59.
Please note: Some small animal hutches are excluded from free delivery and a surcharge will be incurred. Please refer to the relevant product page for more details. Your final delivery charge will be shown at the checkout. Don't worry if you wish to order more than one item as we're very thrifty and will pack all the items into one parcel to save you money wherever possible!
Expect your items to arrive in 1 to 2 working days. Occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you are ordering a special order product (as stated in the description), please be aware that these items may take more than 5 working days to deliver. Please allow extra time for deliveries to the Scottish islands.
Please be aware that we only ship to addresses within the UK.
Click & Collect
We offer a click and collect service to all our customers so if you decide to place your order on the website but would like to collect it from your nearest store simply select the click and collect option at the checkout and choose the store most convenient for you. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Please note that not all our stores stock every product line so there may be a slight delay in your order being ready to collect.
Please note if you are based in any of the following zones the below surcharges will apply to your order:
- Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands - £19.99
- Northern Ireland - £19.99
- Isle of Man – £19.99
- Channel Islands - £29.99
- Scilly Isles - £29.99
Please remember that deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to accept the delivery at your chosen address or you are able to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you at the address you requested the delivery to be made to. We'll happily arrange to send your purchase to a place convenient for you, such as your place of work or a neighbour, if you cannot be at home to sign for it.
If you are not available to accept and sign for the order at the notified delivery address and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to resend your item. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Payment can be made by card or if you're feeling really brave cash! We accept all major debit and credit cards except American Express.
