These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time and you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions each time you place an order. Please ensure that you are familiar with our current terms and conditions. petscorner.co.uk is an online shop owned & operated by PC UK Ltd, company registration no. 3551085.

Our Contract

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the moment you submit your order by clicking the "Place your order" button. After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. Please note that this information is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when you receive an email to confirm payment has been received. We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. When deciding whether or not to accept your order we, or our payment processing partner, may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference and fraud detection agencies. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery' below). The total cost of your order is the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge. All costs and discounts will be set out clearly before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative item. We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate however, occasionally errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payment by the cards listed below and on the payment page. Payment is deducted when we process your order. All multibuy promotions are subject to availability, where applicable the discount will be applied to the lowest priced item at the checkout.

Click & Collect

Pets Corner provide a free Click & Collect service whereby an order can be placed on our website and collected from in store.

Please note, payment is taken at the time an order is placed. Stock availability can be viewed once a postcode has been entered on the product page. Where the items are in stock within your chosen store, the store will contact you once your order is ready to collect and we aim to have this ready within one hour where possible. Where an item is not in stock in the chosen store, you have the option to select an alternative store, or wait for stock to become available (normally within 5-10 days). Once notified that your order is ready for collection, please bring along a copy (digital or printout) of your order confirmation email to your chosen store and you can collect your order.

Orders will be held for a period of 14 days before the order will be cancelled and refunded. Should you be unable to collect your order within the 14 day period, please contact the store directly to arrange an alternative collection date. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment if you do not collect it within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with your collect & collect order, please return the items to store for a refund or exchange. Repeat My Order

Would you like to repeat your order on a regular basis? The Pets Corner repeat delivery service allows you to schedule your order to repeat at a frequency of your choosing.

We'll repeatedly deliver your pet food order and any other items you need on a regular basis.

How do I set up this service?

  1. Find your pet’s favourite food and treats
  2. Select your preferred size and quantity
  3. Choose the frequency of your repeat delivery e.g. every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks etc.
  4. Click “repeat delivery”

You can view your scheduled delivery from your Pets Corner account page where you will be given the option to change the frequency of your delivery or cancel at any stage.

Please note that you will be billed automatically on the date the repeat order is scheduled for.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us using the contact us form.

Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.


These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. These terms and conditions only cover the petscorner.co.uk website. Any other websites to which you link from this site, or were linked to petscorner.co.ukfrom, are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

New Stores Wanted

In the event that your suggestion results in Pets Corner signing a deal to utilise a site for the express purpose of opening a new Pets Corner Store, you will receive £500 (five hundred Great British pounds) If Pets Corner receives more than one suggestion which is for the same location, then only the suggestion which has been received by Pets Corner on the earliest date will be counted as an entry for the prize. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt. Pets Corner has the right to offer an alternative prize of a similar value. The prize cannot be transferred. The winner will be notified by Pets Corner either by telephone or email once a deal for their land or site suggestion has been signed and the store has successfully opened to the public. Once the winner is notified, they will be required to acknowledge the notification and respond to Pets Corner within 14 days of notification. Pets Corner will provide payment by cheque or bank transfer to UK bank accounts only. The £500 payment cannot be split. Pets Corner reserves the right to carry out relevant checks on the winner if they are not fully satisfied for any reason. Payment to the winner will not be made until Pets Corner is fully satisfied. Due to the nature of the competition it may take some time for an agreement to come to a conclusion on any land or site being suggested however Pets Corner will endeavour to keep entrants updated as is deemed reasonably possible and appropriate. Pets Corner’s decision is final and any correspondence will not be entered into.
