Can I place an order over the phone?
How long will my Pets Corner delivery take to arrive?
Your purchase is shipped via DPD Couriers Monday to Sunday and sent the same day if your order is placed before 5pm (2pm on weekends & subject to stock availability). We aim to ship for next day delivery 7 days a week. Enjoy free shipping on orders over £39.
Do I need to sign for my Pets Corner delivery?
Yes, most of our orders will need to be signed for. You can also arrange for the order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please install the DPD App for the best service experience with live tracking updates.
My order is damaged or hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Only part of my Pets Corner order has arrived?
Please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery due to the possibility of the extra item(s) being dispatched from another location. If the rest of your order is still missing, please call our Customer Service team on 01293 529420 between 9am – 6pm Monday to Sunday. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com and we will reply the same day.
Which carrier will deliver my Pets Corner goods?
We sent all our orders via DPD, the UK's leading parcel delivery brand 7 days a week.
How will I know my Pets Corner delivery is on its way?
You will be notified the day before the delivery is due and on the morning of the delivery. DPD will notify you by email and text message with a 1 hour time slot, giving you peace of mind that you’ll be available to receive your order at your door.
How do I arrange a refund?
We will be happy to refund a product should you wish to return it. If we deliver the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase, we will arrange to collect and replace or refund the item. All postage costs to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered are at the expense of the consumer. To arrange a refund, please call our Customer Service team on 01293 529420 between 9am – 6pm Monday to Sunday. We maintain the highest levels of security. We take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can tell whether a page is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the www.petscorner.co.uk in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.
What do I do if a product is out of stock?
We receive deliveries 5 days a week from our suppliers and restock quickly unless there is an issue with the supplier. Occasionally, if an item is discontinued, if there is still stock available within the company, we can source this for you at no extra cost. I can’t click on my basket or view the checkout?
How do I set up a repeat order?
The Pets Corner repeat delivery service allows you to schedule your order to repeat at a frequency of your choosing. We'll repeatedly deliver your pet food order and any other items you need on a regular basis. How do I set up this service?
- Find your pet’s favourite food and treats
- Select your preferred size and quantity
- Choose the frequency of your repeat delivery e.g. every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks etc.
- Click “repeat delivery”
You can view your scheduled delivery from your Pets Corner account page where you will be given the option to change the frequency of your delivery or cancel at any stage. Please note that you will be billed automatically on the date the repeat order is scheduled for.

What range does my local store stock?
Our stores stock a variety of wonderful products for all ranges of pets. To find details of products stocked at your local store visit our store finder link https://www.petscorner.co.uk/storefinder. Select the store you wish to visit and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find details of services offered and products we offer. You can also contact the store directly via phone or email if there is a particular item you’re after.
Does my local store stock live animals?

Some of our stores offer a Free Home Delivery service. To see if your local store offers this service find the store via our store finder link https://www.petscorner.co.uk/storefinder with the ‘Home Delivery’ filter. We also offer free next day delivery 7 days a week on our website UK wide.
What payment methods are accepted in store?
We accept all major credit and debit cards in store excluding American Express. You are also welcome to pay by cash or gift vouchers, which can be purchased in store in £10 or £20 denominations. Please note change cannot be given when paying with a gift voucher.
Can I return something purchased in store?
If you are unhappy with any product sold to you, we will always endeavour to find a solution either by offering an exchange or a refund, with valid proof of purchase. We also offer a 100% guarantee on everything that we sell in store.
If you have purchased something you no longer want, you can return this for a refund or exchange within 28 days providing it is clean and still in the original packaging, with valid proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a toy because it has been chewed, we can offer an exchange, but not a refund. Most of the toys we sell are made to be fun and are not designed to withstand lots of chewing; the only exception would be a toy that claimed on the packaging to be ‘tough’ but was destroyed or damaged. This can be exchanged as a gesture of good will.
If a product becomes faulty within 6 months, we will be able to offer an exchange or a refund with valid proof of purchase, after 6 months up until 12 months (unless otherwise stated) we will be able to offer an exchange with valid proof of purchase.
