These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on our website at Each time you place an online order with us you will be asked to agree to our current terms and conditions as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and our relationship with you.

1.2 The copyright and intellectual property rights associated with this website are owned by us or have been included with the permission of third parties. When using this Website these rights are not acquired by you. This means that you may not use this Website or the content thereon in a manner which infringes our copyright or intellectual property rights.

1.3 No licence is therefore granted to you to use any trademark or registered or unregistered of Pets Corner (UK) Limited and or its group of companies.

2.1 We trust that you will enjoy your user experience of our Website. The accuracy of the information we provide our clients is important to us. We take care to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate at the time of posting. Some of our information is provided by third - parties such as suppliers of our products and services and we may be unable to verify the accuracy of such information. Should you spot on error we would appreciate if you would bring it to our attention, by sending us an email here. We endeavour to maintain the highest level of accuracy, but subject to this endeavour the website is provided “AS IS” with warranties excluded to the fullest extent as permitted by law.

3. Our Contract with You

3.1 You may access and purchase our goods and services via this Website, by opening an account. In order to do this, you will be required to register with us. Our registration process is simple requiring you to provide a username and password. It is important that you keep your password safe once your account has been created to avoid unauthorised use.

3.2 You understand that our services appeal to persons who are under the age of 18, but you must be 18 years and over to purchase goods and services from our Website. All persons under that age are required to do so with the supervision of a responsible and supervising adult.

3.3 Enjoy your shopping experience with us. You can check and amend your order up until the moment you click the final 'Place Your Order' button.

3.4 After submitting your order, we will give you a unique Order Reference Number. At this stage this is just an acknowledgment of what you would like to purchase (“Acknowledgement of Receipt of Order”).

3.5 If for any reason we have to decline all or part of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

3.6 Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when you receive an email to confirm that the goods have been dispatched and payment has been received (“Payment & Dispatch Email”).

3.7 To help protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions we work with our payment processing partner to approve orders. 4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices and charges on our website are shown in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable.

4.2 Delivery charges are calculated separately, you can find information on these along with any surcharges on our Delivery and Returns page.

4.3 Your order total is the price of the products you have selected, plus the applicable delivery charge. Don't worry, all costs, including any discounts will be clearly set out for you before you choose to submit your order.

4.4 At Pets Corner, all of our prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before we accept your one-off order.

4.5 All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (only where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.

4.6 If an item becomes unavailable, we will do our best to offer you an alternative or substitute item.

5. Price Pledge

5.1 Product must be an exact match in a bricks and mortar store, not online.

5.2 We’ll match the price of any in stock product with same sale conditions - product must be in stock and ready to purchase both in our store and in the competitor, the item must be brand new and in its original packaging, VAT inclusive.

5.3 We do not match based on a wholesale or bulk purchase price, or where the product is part of a special promotion, the price is below our cost price or the competitors price has a typographical error.

5.4 Proof can be in the form of a photo shown to staff (must show product on the shelf in the competitor, with the price visible and a date/time) OR provide the staff member with the competitor details so they are able to ring for verification.

5.5 We will price match within 7 days of purchase.

5.6 We refuse the right to price match where we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent seller activity.


6. Multibuy Promotions & Discounts

6.1 Please note, our popular multibuy promotions are subject to availability. Order limits may apply to the purchasing of such products which will be displayed with the offer.

6.2 When a discount is applicable it will be given at the checkout on the lowest priced item in your basket.


7. Delivery

7.1 Your order will be delivered by the delivery date set out in the Payment & Dispatch email. All orders are shipped via DPD service. Further information about our delivery dates may be obtained at: Delivery and Returns.

7.2 In exceptional circumstances, we may be unable to meet a delivery date due to an Act of God commonly referred to as “Force Majeure”. These circumstances are set out below for ease of reference.

7.3 Once your order has been delivered and we have received full payment of all sums due, ownership of the goods will pass to you.

7.4 Pets Corner do not accept liability for any lost or unclaimed orders when provided with an incorrect delivery or contact information. By placing an order with Pets Corner, you accept full responsibility for ensuring orders contain the correct information. Please carefully check your order confirmation email and if you believe any details are incorrect, please notify our customer service team immediately.


8. Cancellation

8.1 If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible here. Please note orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait to receive the order and then follow our returns process below.


9. Returns, Delivery and Fees

9.1 Should your wish to return the goods upon receipt, you have 14 days within which to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods which are faulty or not as described.

9.2 As part of our returns process, please note that whilst the products are in your possession awaiting it is your responsibility to ensure they are kept safe and available for collect or are shipped back to us in accordance with our policy. Delivery and Returns.

9.3 The easiest way to return your order is at your local Pets Corner store, within 14 days of receipt. Simply bring along the goods with the original invoice and we'll be happy to exchange or refund your item, as provided for in our policy in relation to shipping returns and fees. 9.4 Alternatively, you can return your order via post for a refund, or exchange. Please ensure the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original packaging. For more information, please see Delivery and Returns.


10. Refund Policy

10.1 We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you need to return something, and seek a refund, we are here to help in accordance with our policy: Delivery and Returns.

10.2 Where the goods are not defective but are being returned due to a defect or not fitting the description, please return all goods to us within 14 days of delivery, with the original invoice, and packaging to enable us to process your refund.

10.3 This does not affect your statutory rights where the goods are faulty or not as described.

10.4 We may reduce the amount of the return if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish that the goods are as you expected.

10.5 Refunds will not be provided on personalised or custom-made goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10.6 Refunds will be provided using the same method originally used to purchase the goods or service, unless agreed otherwise.


11. Your Consumer Rights

11.1 The Consumer Protection Act You are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 day after entering into an online contract.

11.2 You may cancel your order during this period, but if the goods have already been delivered to you, it is your responsibility to keep it safe and return it to us within 14 days of delivery.


12. Click and Collect Orders

12.1 Thank you for using our Click and Collect service. Please be aware that we are only able to hold orders for 7 days from the time we notify you, after which your order will be cancelled, unpacked and refunded. Should you be unable to collect your order within this time please contact the store directly and we will work with you to arrange an alternative collection date.

12.2 Please note we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment if it is not collected within a reasonable time. If for any reason you are not happy with your Click and Collect order, simply return the items to store for a refund or exchange. For any other queries, please contact us here.


13. Right to Suspend or Cancel use of our website

13.1 You may cancel your registration to our website and any time. Cancellation will not affect the statutory rights and liabilities of either party.

13.2 We reserve the right to decline to register your account or suspend or cancel your account for breach of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.


14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 We warrant that our goods shall conform with their description, are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

14.2 Pets Corner shall not be liable for goods failure to comply with the warranty provided at 13.1, where the defect arises from the customer's failure to follow the instructions of the supplier, whether, written, oral or as to storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the good or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding the use of such goods.

14.3 Pets Corner will not be liable, where the defect arises as a result of the Supplier following any drawing, design or specification supplied by the Customer;
(a) the Customer alters or repairs such Goods without the written consent of the Supplier; (b) the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions; or (c) the Goods differ from their description and any applicable Specification as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; or
(d) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

14.5 Subject to clause 13, Pets Corner's total liability to the Customer shall not exceed the price paid for the goods or services.

14.6 Subject to clause 12.4 the following types of loss are wholly excluded:
(a) loss of profits;
(b) loss of sales or business;
(c) loss of agreements or contracts;
(d) loss of anticipated savings;
(e) loss of use or corruption of software, data or information;
(f) loss of or damage to goodwill; and
(f) indirect or consequential loss.

This clause 14 shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.


15. Prohibited uses of our website

15.1 Our website may not be used:

15.2 to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

15.3 in a manner which breaches laws related to the misuse of public communications or The Computer Misuse Act 1990.

15.4 transmit any material which is unlawful, libellous or which is intended to harass or cause harm to others.


16. Force Majeure

16.1 Neither party shall be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
(a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster;
(b) epidemic or pandemic;
(c) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations;
(d) nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom;
(e) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent;
(f) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident;
(g) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts;
(h) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors;
(I)interruption or failure of utility, or web services.

If the Force Majeure Event prevents, hinders or delays Pets Corner's performance of its obligations, the time for performance of such obligations shall be extended accordingly. If the period of non-performance continues for a period of more than 30 days, the party not affected by the Force Majeure Event may terminate this agreement by giving four (4) weeks written notice to Pets Corner.


17. General

17.1 These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. These terms and conditions only cover the website.

17.2 Any other websites which you link to, or were linked to from, are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.


18. Pets Corner Plus Account Offers

18.1 Free delivery on your first order:
(a) Valid on online orders only.
(b) Delivery is available 7 days a week (excluding Bank Holidays).
(c) You must join Pets Corner Plus before your order is placed.
(d) Refunds cannot be issued for delivery once the order is placed.

18.2 Free dental clean at Dogwood Spa:
(a) This is offered on a per-pet basis.
(b) To be eligible for this offer, all qualifying pets must be registered in your Plus account.
(c) You must state eligibility at the time of booking the appointment.
(d) No discount or refunds will be given if failure to do so.

18.3 Free introductory health consult at Pet Practice:
(a) Available to newly registering clients within catchment to Pet Practice only.
(b) Clients are eligible for one consultation per household.
(c) This cannot be redeemed for multiple pets within the same household.
(d) To be eligible for this offer, your qualifying pet must be registered in your Plus account.
(e) You must state eligibility at the time of booking the appointment.
(f) If you nearest vet is at full capacity and cannot offer an appointment, this offer will not be available to redeem.
(g) No discount or refunds will be given if failure to do so.
(h) This offer holds no monetary value.
(i) This offer cannot be transferred to another pet owner even if you are already registered with Pet Practice.

18.4 Birthday free treat:
(a) Valid on selected treats only.
(b) To be eligible for this offer, your pet must be registered in your Plus account.
(c) This applies to all pets within the household registered to the account so do ensure all pets are added here.
(d) Cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
(e) This can be redeemed online only by entering the unique code at checkout.
(f) Please note that we cannot add this offer after an order has been confirmed at checkout.
(g) Discount codes will be issued on the 1st of your pet’s birth month and valid for that month only.
(h) No extension will be issued if the code is unclaimed.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend these offers at any time. These offers cannot be transferred to another pet owner.


19. Gift Cards

19.1 You can redeem Pet Corner Gift vouchers on and in all Pets Corner stores.

19.2 All gift voucher sales are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable. They must include a minimum value of £5.

19.3 Gift vouchers, discount codes and promotion codes (including but not limited to; refer a friend) cannot be used on the purchase of gift vouchers.

19.4 Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers will not be replaced. Please look after your voucher.

19.5 No cash refunds or cash exchanges will be given for gift vouchers. Should you need a refund for your purchase for any reason, this will be issued in the form of a replacement voucher.

19.6 Should your purchase be less than the total monetary value of your gift voucher, the remaining balance will continue to be available on your current voucher. You will not receive a new voucher so please keep your voucher safe. The expiry date will not be extended.

19.7 You may use a gift voucher to partially pay for your purchase where the total value exceeds the monetary value of your gift voucher.

19.8 All gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance (as shown on the gift voucher). No extensions can be given in the event of expiry.

19.10 Pets Corner reserves the right to remove sales of gift cards and amend these terms & contains at any time and without notice.

19.11 Pets Corner reserves the right to refuse to accept any gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud.
