These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made at petscorner.co.uk. Please take time to read them carefully and note they do not affect your statutory rights.

Each time you place an online order with us you will be asked to agree to our current terms and conditions. Please ensure that you are familiar with these as they are subject to change at any time.

Our Contract With You

Enjoy your shopping experience with us and remember you can check and amend any errors on your order up until the moment you click the final ‘Place Your Order’ button.

After submitting your order, we will give you a unique Order Reference Number. At this stage this is just an acknowledgment of what you would like to purchase. Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when you receive an email to confirm payment has been received.

If for any reason we have to decline all or part of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

To help protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions we work with our payment processing partner to approve orders. This process may include information from credit reference and fraud detection agencies. Rest assured, we will always tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on our website are shown in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable. Delivery charges are calculated separately, you can find information on these along with any surcharges on our Shipping and Returns page.

Your order total is the price of the products you have selected, plus the applicable delivery charge. Don’t worry, all costs, including any discounts will be clearly set out for you before you choose to submit your order.

At Pets Corner, all of our prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before we accept your one off order. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (only where applicable ) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you. We work hard to ensure that all the information on our site is accurate, however, occasionally mistakes can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will let you know, so you can decide whether to cancel or continue with your order.

Please note, our popular multibuy promotions are subject to availability. When discount is applicable it will be given at checkout on the lowest priced item in your basket.

Price Pledge

  1. Product must be an exact match in a bricks and mortar store, not online.
  2. We’ll match the price of any in stock product with same sale conditions - product must be in stock and ready to purchase both in our store and in the competitor, the item must be brand new and in its original packaging, VAT inclusive.
  3. We do not match based on a wholesale or bulk purchase price, or where the product is part of a special promotion, the price is below our cost price or the competitors price has a typographical error.
  4. Proof can be in the form of a photo shown to staff (must show product on the shelf in the competitor, with the price visible and a date/time) OR provide the staff member with the competitor details so they are able to ring for verification.
  5. We will price match within 7 days of purchase.
  6. We refuse the right to price match where we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent seller activity.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

As part of our returns process please note that whilst the products are in your possession awaiting pick-up it is your responsibility to ensure they are kept safe and available to collect. For more information, please see Shipping and Returns.

Money Back Guarantee

We believe we offer the tastiest, most nutritious range of foods for your pet. That’s why we’re proud to offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee on our most trusted brands.

If you or your pet aren’t 100% satisfied with your new food choice, we’ll provide a refund. Plus, you can keep the open bag to pass to a friend or donate to a local animal shelter. Please note, your no quibble claim needs to be made within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to refund shipping charges for orders containing items not subject to the money-backguarantee. To claim a refund, please contact our friendly customer service team here. We reserve the right to collect any unopened products claimed under the money-back guarantee prior to a refund being issued at no charge to you.

Click and Collect Orders

Thank you for using our Click and Collect service. Please be aware that we are only able to hold orders for 14 days from the time we notify you, after this they will be cancelled, unpacked and refunded. Should you be unable to collect your order within this time please contact the store directly and we will work with you to arrange an alternative collection date.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment if it is not collected within a reasonable time period. If for any reason you are not happy with your Click and Collect order, simply return the items to store for a refund or exchange. For any other queries, please contact us at hello@petscorner.co.uk.

New Stores Wanted

Thank you for being part of our mission to bring Pets Corner to more towns and cities across the country. If you have recommended a store to us and it results in Pets Corner signing a deal to utilise a site for the express purpose of opening a new store, you will receive £500 (five hundred Great British pounds). We respectfully reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of a similar value, which is non-transferrable.

If by chance more than one recommendation is received for the same location, the earliest entry date will be eligible for the prize. Please note that proof of delivery is not proof of receipt and unfortunately the prize money cannot be split.

Settling and agreeing new sites and land options can take some time, but rest assured we won’t have forgotten about you. Pets Corner will try to keep entrants updated where possible and appropriate. Please respect that our decision is final and that correspondence after the event will not be entered into.

Once a deal has been signed and an exciting new store has successfully opened, we will then let the winner know by telephone or email. If you are lucky enough to win it is important that you respond within 14 days of this notification.

The prize payment will be made by cheque or bank transfer, to UK bank accounts only.

Pets Corner reserves the right to carry out relevant checks on the winner and payment will not be made until we are fully satisfied for any reason.

Digital Receipt Competition

By leaving a Trust Pilot review via our digital receipts, users comply with these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in the disqualification and removal of entry.

  • This prize is up to a retail value of £800.
  • This prize will be dispatched once a month, over the course of 12 months and on a date agreed with the winner.
  • All ratings and reviews are eligible for entry and no rating will be favoured over another.
  • By entering this competition, you agree to Pets Corner contacting you by your email address.
  • The entrant’s email address will be used for this competition and order purposes only. It will not be shared with any third parties or other Pet Family mailing lists.
  • Pets Corner is not able to contact every entrant. Only the winner will be contacted.
  • One entry per household. Reviews based on different experiences from individuals are accepted on Trustpilot but will be removed from the draw.
  • The winner’s draw will take place randomly and the winner will be contacted privately. If the prize is not claimed in 7 days, another winner will be drawn.
  • This prize does not hold any monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
  • This prize cannot be transferred to another pet owner or postponed for any reason.
  • Pet Family staff, their households and immediate family and friends are not eligible for entry.
  • Pets Corner holds the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without warning.
