Friars Cliff, Dorset

Located at Friars Cliff there is a handy Beach Hut Café with toilets and free parking! Dogs are allowed off the lead here from 1st October to 30th April! Plus of course you will find some truly great views! These shingle and sand beaches are ideal for families and dog walkers.

I love taking my dog to Friars Cliff because he is able to interact with other dogs that are different to his regular park pals! Eddies loves to make friends with all dogs that he meets! When we get a little bit tired we always stop off for a refreshment at the Beach Hut Café! They are very dog friendly and provides bowls or a tap to refill your doggy water bottle. This is such a picturesque place that it’s ideal for taking pictures of the beach. Of course Eddie loves posing for a photo too!
