We arrived at Pets Corner Horsell excited but nervous about puppy hour. As novice dog owners, every experience was new to us! The staff immediately welcomed us and made us feel at ease. Buster, had a great time which was so lovely to watch! We stayed after and for lots of advice from the knowledgeable staff who were super interested in our puppy. After many happy mornings at puppy hour we were sad when it was time to move on!

Maizy litter is such a fabulous discovery!! I was hesitant to change the brand of litter for our kitten but took the plunge and it has been fabulous. I’m living in a flat and the cat waste is an inconvenience but being able to flush it down the toilet makes life so much easier!!

Harriet at your Milton Keynes branch is excellent. I got to your store a minute late as she was locking up. I explained I urgently needed a looser collar and lengthy lead for my dog and she was kind enough to quickly re-open and serve me accordingly. She was very patient as well considering this was taking up her personal time. She was fast and efficient and I would certainly be shopping at Pets Corner again!

The deputy manager Scott at your Cardiff store is phenomenal in his customer service and advice whenever we visit. His knowledge of the products and animal care is exceptional. We have many pets and have had them for many years but we trust his advice if we need to ask anything. His cheerful and friendly disposition makes shopping at the store such a pleasant experience. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is never too busy to help.

Jessica in Gosport is amazing! Her knowledge of the products is fantastic. She's recommended some great products and my cat absolutely loves them. She's so kind and helpful. Eden has Cerebellar Ataxia affecting his walking. There are not many places I can take him and I'm usually met with laughs and abuse when people see how he walks. Your lovely team brightened up our day, they were so accepting and lovely and gave Eden a fuss. The team at Castle Lane are outstanding in their jobs. They go above and beyond every single time because they genuinely care about the animals. I have spent an obscene amount of money there and I will continue to because I trust them completely. Every staff member working in that shop is amazing and informative.
