Our ceramic bowls are made of dolomite, which is an eco-friendly alternative to earthenware. Our bowls are fired at a much lower temperature which uses less energy and is better for the environment. Dolomite is also a degradable material, with less environmental impact. Dolomite changes back into clay after approximately 20-30 years, whereas Ceramic/porcelain stays in the ground intact, never degrading, over thousands of years.

These beautiful ceramic bowls are suitable for either food or water and are often a pet lover's choice due to their ability to keep contents cooler than some alternative dishes. The bowl's weight helps prevent tipping and spilling whilst being chew proof, they are also less likely to harbour bacteria than other types of pet food or water dishes.
