Customer update: welcome to our new website!

We are delighted to unveil our fabulous new website. Not only does it have a fresh look and layout, but there’s also a range of customer friendly features and benefits to provide an enhanced online shopping experience.

Customers can enjoy browsing our extensive range of high quality pet products for furry, feathered and scaly companions, and make use of our new same day click and collect service. This great new feature will let you know if an item is currently in stock in the store of your choice before you visit.

Online shoppers will also be able to choose to repeat an order on a regular basis by using our new ‘repeat order and delivery’ service. Choose from every two weeks up to every 16 weeks. Ideal for those who are strapped for time.
