Please note that you are welcome to order ROR any day of the week and we dispatch on weekdays only nationwide with DPD NEXT DAY. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & and Thursday only to comply with DPD’s frozen shipment rules.

Please note that there is a surcharge on ROR home delivery due to the additional WoolCool packaging required.

We’re proud to work with DPD which offers a first-class delivery service and includes such features as a text alert system that will give you an expected delivery time slot for your order. Please use this service to advise DPD if you're not going to be home and to leave in a safe place. This ensures that your order can be delivered within 24 hours and that the food can be safely in your freezer while it is still in the best condition. Please note that the DPD system also allows you to re-arrange delivery for another day - This is frozen food and shouldn’t be used, it is best that it is in your freezer on the day after leaving us. In the unlikely event that you select this option (and DPD allow it) then we accept no responsibility for any defrosted products that you receive or are unable to take delivery for.

Nuritional Additives per Kg:

Vitamin A 1,000IU, Vitamin D 100IU, Vitamin E 14mg, Zinc sulphate monohydrate 50.1mg, (Zn 18.3mg); Ferrous sulphate monohydrate 20mg, (Fe 6mg); Cupric sulphate pentahydrate 7.2mg (Cu 1.8mg), Calcium iodate anhydrous 0.4mg (I 0.26mg); Selenised yeast inactivated 8.6 mg (Se 0.02mg).

Feeding Instructions:

Defrost nuggets completely before serving. Once thawed, store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Ensure fresh drinking water is always available. If swapping to R·O·R from another wet or raw food, introduce the new food gradually, increasing the ratio over several days. Do not mix R·O·R with dry kibble foods as a meal together. Raw meat can contain pathogens; please handle with care and wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not allow children to handle the nuggets.
