Brand Money Back Guarantee
We offer a no quibble money back guarantee on our most trusted foods. If you or your pet aren't 100% satisfied with a new food, we'll refund you and you can keep the bag! All we ask is that you give it to your local animal shelter or a friend.
The refund must be claimed within 30 days of purchase, and we reserve the right to collect any unopened products claimed under this guarantee prior to a refund being issued. Our no quibble money back guarantee applies to the following foods only:
The Ruffwear Hitch Hiker lead is inspired by climbing gear, with an adjustable-length lead and hitching system for ultimate connection versatility with your dog on the go from countryside walks to coffee shops and all the trails in between.
The adjustable can be used equally as the handle for a hand-held leash, waist belt for a hands-free leash, or wrap for a tie out to secure around a single tree or post. The included lead is 12 feet long, allowing you to fluidly shift between a long line to a short lead with Ruffwear's ergonomic HitchLock rope adjuster. It's designed for a hands-on adjustment that acts as a braking system when the rope is under tension, and the durable stow bag keeps the excess rope contained.
Please note: Whilst the rope locks under tension, any slack must be let out and taken in by hand.
- 12 feet of rope for versatility
- Stowaway bag for excess rope
- Features Ruffwear's lockable Crux Clip for security when attached to your dog
