We are delighted to announce that we are supporting Canine Partners this Christmas, an incredible charity that helps countless people to overcome life-limiting conditions through the help of their highly trained assistance dogs.
To help support and celebrate Canine Partners 30th Anniversary, between 1st and 14th December, we will be asking our customers to donate just 30p with their online and in-store purchases. Pets Corner’s MD Dean has also pledged to match donations for all purchases in-store and online over £35.
Pets Corner is thrilled to continue to support Canine Partners in their 30th year and proud to celebrate the amazing achievement of raising over £107,000 in the past 7 years. “We hope as many customers as possible are able to join us in our donation efforts. Canine Partners do such an incredible job providing life-transforming dogs to those in need.” Dean Richmond, Pets Corner Managing Director.
“On behalf of everyone at Canine Partners, I wanted to say a huge thank you to all the Pets Corner customers for making a donation in-store and online in the run-up to Christmas, and for purchasing the lovable Leaping Petey toy in aid of our charity. Your donation will help us to train more assistance dogs for adults with physical disabilities across the UK.” Nicola Martin, Chief Executive at Canine Partners.
These amazing canine companions carry out all sorts of helpful tasks for their human partners from picking up keys and retrieving groceries to taking on household chores and seeking help in an emergency. They not only give their owners the freedom to live more independently, but also provide peace of mind in the form of a furry best friend.
You can help Canine Partners, even more, this Christmas by treating your pup to the Great&Small Leaping Petey Toy, where 10% of the sale of each toy goes towards the charity. In addition to this, we gift 10p from the sale of each of our eco-bags, and a further 5p from our plastic bags.
Any donation big or small will help to support the dogs throughout their lifetime, from puppy training and during their partnership to provide life-changing support to their human partner.
