November Covid-19 Lockdown Message from Pets Corner CEO Dean Richmond

Dear Customer, 

I am sure you're as disheartened as we are to learn that England will be moving to lockdown from Thursday 5th November. I want to reassure all of our customers that as an essential retailer we will remain open at all of our locations and our website will still be delivering your pet’s needs on a next-day delivery (free if spending over £39 or for first time online customers).

We have spent the Summer buffering our stocks and there is no need for customers to panic buy any items, we have plenty.

Our stores will continue to operate as we have been including twice-daily cleaning of all contact surfaces, hourly washing of staff hands and limiting numbers into each store at any time to allow for social distancing. 

For any customers or relatives of customers who need extra help please do use our Home Help service.

If you need advice on your pet and don’t wish to come into a store then please contact one of our Experts.
