We just wanted to update you on the recent precautions we have taken to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE...
Our stores will be enforcing a flow system to prevent too many people being in the shop at one time. You may have to queue outside so please bring a coat or umbrella.
AS YOU SHOP...
We ask customers to maintain a 2 metre distance from others at all times, areas on the floor will be marked for your safety in key areas such as the tills. We ask that if you are visiting the store that you do not dwell unnecessarily as other customers may be waiting to enter the store.
WHEN YOU PAY...
We will ask you to pay by card whenever possible. Please help our staff with this request as handling cash is a possible infection risk.
We have launched a Home Help service, to ensure vulnerable and elderly customers, who don't have access to the internet, have access to their pet’s essentials. Customers can call their local store to place an order, pay over the phone and our wonderful store staff will deliver their order. To find out more about this service click HERE. T&C's apply.
CLICK AND COLLECT
You can use our Click and Collect service via our website by shopping online. In most instances you should be able to collect the items on the same day. Alternatively customers can ring the store and pay directly over the phone. We can then carry the items to your car or leave in an area to avoid contact if this is your wish.
Our opening times have had to change at most stores to reflect the changing circumstance. You can find your nearest store’s opening times HERE.
HOW WE ARE PREVENTING INFECTION
Staff have been given hand sanitiser, disinfectants and gloves for their protection (although they are not obliged to wear these). All touch points in store are being cleaned twice daily and card machines will be wiped down after every chip and pin use. Staff thoroughly wash their hands every hour.
