They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, it was a pleasure to speak to them. I thought you’d like to know about the Biggin Hill team. I wouldn't usually do this, but feel their excellent customer care should be recognised. Every time I've visited the store, the staff are friendly, informative and go far beyond what's expected. Special mention to Adam as being one of the team members that has helped me on several occasions. You have a wonderful team at your Marple store. Tim, Emma, and Joanna have been helpful in finding the right food for my aging, and poorly cat. All three give incredible customer service, have great knowledge of the products and offer a personal touch, making it a pleasure to visit every time. I could not ask for more as a customer and their friendly, professional service makes it a joy to visit the store.

Savannah at your Fleet branch was very helpful when I asked about senior cat food, and understanding when I got upset that my cat now has kidney problems (which isn't going to get better). We have just purchased two guinea pigs and my little girl is delighted. Molly at the Hitchin branch looked after us and told us all that we needed to know about how to care for them.
