Shipping & Payment
We aim to dispatch deliveries the next working day from when your order is placed and parcels are sent either by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force on a 48 hour delivery service (dependent on weight). Delivery charge is based upon the weight of your order. We offer a free delivery service for orders over £45 to UK mainland customers only. Please Note: Some Small Animal Hutches are excluded from the free delivery and a surcharge will incur please see product page for more details. Your final delivery charge will be shown at the checkout. Don't worry if you wish to order more than one item as we're very thrift and will pack all the items in one parcel to save you money wherever possible! Expect your items to arrive between 3 to 5 working days, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. If you are ordering a special order product, this will be stated in the product description, please be aware these items may take more than 5 days to deliver. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands.
Click & Collect
We offer a click and collect service to all our customers so if you decide place your order on the website but would like to collect it from your nearest store just simply select the click and collect option at the checkout and find your nearest store. We will then email you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Please note not all of our stores stock every product line so there may be a slight delay in your order being ready.
Shipping surcharges
Please note if you are based in any of the following zones the below surcharges will apply to your order:
Scottish Highlands & Islands - £7
Northern Ireland – £8
Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly – £10
Channel Islands – £14
Please remember that deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are home or able to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you at home. We'll happily send your purchase to your work or a neighbour if this helps.
If you are not at home and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to re-send your item. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Payment can be made by card or if you're feeling really brave cash! We accept all major cards except American Express.
Christmas:
We will do our best to get your orders to you before Christmas and the time in between Christmas and New Year however please be aware that external factors beyond our control may delay your delivery.
