Shipping & Payment
We aim to dispatch deliveries the next working day from when your order is placed and parcels are sent either by Royal Mail or by courier on a 48 hour delivery service (dependent on weight). Delivery charge is based upon the weight of your order. Your final delivery charge will be shown at the checkout. Don't worry if you wish to order more than one item as we're very thrift and will pack all the items in one parcel to save you money wherever possible! Expect your items to arrive between 2 to 5 working days, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands. Please call us for a quote of delivery costs if you wish to order from Guernsey, Jersey or anywhere else outside of the UK.
Please remember that deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are home or able to collect the item if the courier was unable to find you at home. We'll happily send your purchase to your work or a neighbour if this helps.
If you are not at home and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to re-send your item. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Payment can be made by card or if you're feeling really brave cash! We accept all major cards except American Express.
