Interpet Fish Pod. The Fish Pod from Interpet is an easy to set up glass aquarium which comes complete with essential items to begin your fish keeping.
Interpet Fish Pod has a curved glass design making it both stylish and practical. The Fish Pod can be used for coldwater fish but also includes a Deltatherm heating system should your preferred choice of fish be tropical. Also included is a PF Filter which includes foams, carbon and biomedia for easy filtration which helps keep your aquarium water clean and clear. This starter aquarium set also contains two 5 watt fluorescent lamps. A Bright Day White Lamp replicates daytime and the Cool Blue Moon Lamp replicates water under moonlight. Both lamps can be installed in the unit but are operated by way of individual switch allowing you to choose the lighting style of your choice. It is worth noting, however, that live plants will require 10-12 hours of daytime light in order to flourish. The Interpet Fish Pod also includes Bioactive Tap safe, which helps to make tap water safe and Filter Start to speed up the biological cycle which is necessary to elimate harmful fish waste, meaning you can add fish to your aquarium after a few days. Available Sizes: 48 litre - width 39cm, diameter 33cm, height 43cm. 64 litre - width 60cm, diameter 32cm, height 37cm.
As a guide - excluding tails, the 48 litre Interpet Fish Pod can stock an approximate total of 58cm of tropical fish or 26cm of coldwater fish; 64 litre Fish Pod can stock an approximate total of 74cm of tropical fish or 34cm of coldwater fish.
