The Eton Feed/Grit Hopper holds up to 2.5kg of feed or grit and can be wall mounted to prevent spillage and pest invasion. Made from hard wearing metal, this hopper is hygienic and refillable with a lift up lid on hinges, making feeding time just that little bit easier for you.
If using for grit, please note that poultry need a constant supply of grit in order to be able to digest their food - the grit acts as their 'teeth', ensuring that seed is broken down and utilised. They can often find grit if they're free ranging, but if they're cooped up then a hopper with a grit supply may be a good idea.
