Since we opened our first small pet shop in 1968 we have learned what our customers want and need from a local pet store. We are still learning today and have built a strong team of experts in animal care, nutrition and husbandry.
We train our staff to the highest possible standard so that they can give you the advice that you need on a range of topics from animal nutrition, skin and coat problems, behavioural issues and more. So if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, they love to impart their knowledge.

When we source our products we don't just buy on price, we look at the quality as often paying a little more makes the product better and last longer.
Our stores are big enough to have range but intimate so you'll always find a member of staff or your product easily. We train our staff extensively to ensure you always get the right advice and being a family business means commercial decisions won't override animal welfare (see Our Livestock Policies).

Environmentally Responsible
Once fitted with LED lighting our stores use less electricity to light than it does to run the average household vacuum cleaner! All stores opened since 2011 utilise this technology and we have a three year replacement program to convert all our existing stores over to LED lights.
They use up to 75% less energy than conventional fittings and we also only buy renewable electricity so it means our lighting is sustainable and our C02 output is minimal.

The biggest selling pet foods in the UK today are all owned by foreign companies despite the UK being one of the most innovative and biggest pet markets in the world. We all know the distinct love for pets us British folk have but as a nation we import too much and the pet sector is no exception.
At Pets Corner we're doing all we can to support British jobs and for example our two biggest selling food brands are British owned and made – Symply & More. Our hutches, kennels and runs are all made in the UK as is 95% of our pet bed range.
We're doing all we can to source from UK companies and back Britain.

So if you get home and the new pet bed doesn't match the wallpaper or Billy the Budgie doesn't like his cage we will refund you in full, no problem. We cannot issue a refund without proof of purchase so please keep hold of your till receipt.
